Liposomal products are designed to achieve a 99% absorption rate, achieved through both a fat-soluble coating and water-soluble coating of the supplement to bypass the liver and be immediately shuttled into the bloodstream. Normally, oral supplements have to pass through the liver at least 3 times before actually entering the bloodstream; by the time that happens you're only utilizing 33% of the supplement.
1 androstene-3b-ol,17-one (50mg) undergoes a 2-step conversion ultimately transforming into 1-testosterone, a powerful testosterone derivative. Also known as 1-Andro or 1-DHEA, this muscle-building compound does NOT aromatize to estrogen. 1-Andro boasts 1:2 anabolic:androgenic ratio, meaning leaner, drier gains, with little to no fat accumulation during bulking phases
4 androstene-3b-ol,17-one (50mg) also goes by the names 4-Andro or 4-DHEA. 4-Andro undergoes a 2-step conversion that results in testosterone -- the ultimate muscle-building hormone in the body. 4-Andro is known to significantly ramp up appetite, which helps when it’s time to get all those extra muscle-growing calories in!
Arimistane (50mg) is a powerful suicidal aromatase inhibitor (AI) that reduces circulating levels of estrogen and cortisol in the body. Arimistane blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, significantly boosting natural testosterone production.

Tried a smoothie from Nour Bar today and it was honestly so good. Everything tasted super fresh and perfectly blended. The texture was smooth and creamy, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The vibe inside was really clean and welcoming too. Definitely a new favorite spot when I want something refreshing and healthy!

4.5/5 for the avocado toast. It was simple but savory and filling. A bit expensive but I think its worth it. I wish they had better seating though since I had to stand up to eat the toast without slouching.

I was greeted by every staff member there. Excellent customer service and the venue exceptionally clean. A very nice man named Sergio introduced himself to me and told me a little about the company. I highly recommend this place and the drinks are incredibly good!
