$23.99
Begin your training journey with 5% Nutrition Code Red Series PRE! If you’re starting your fitness journey or making a comeback, a solid pre-workout can be the foundation of your supplementation.
The benefits of Code Red Series PRE include improved energy, enhanced focus, endurance, and performance. This pre-workout was formulated as a stim-based formula featuring 300 mg of natural caffeine for energy and alertness (compare that to a typical cup of coffee with around 200 mg).
Code Red Series PRE enhances your performance and promotes muscle pumps or muscle fullness. This effect, where your muscles temporarily swell as you train, is a visual testament to the increased blood, oxygen, and nutrients pumped into your muscles. You’ll see a bigger, more defined physique in the mirror, and others will notice your progress, too.
To get the most out of your workout, get started with Code Red Series PRE.

Tried a smoothie from Nour Bar today and it was honestly so good. Everything tasted super fresh and perfectly blended. The texture was smooth and creamy, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The vibe inside was really clean and welcoming too. Definitely a new favorite spot when I want something refreshing and healthy!

4.5/5 for the avocado toast. It was simple but savory and filling. A bit expensive but I think its worth it. I wish they had better seating though since I had to stand up to eat the toast without slouching.

Coffee was delicious. The perfect blend of mild sweetness and espresso. We got the iced brown shaken espresso and the coffee einspanner latte.

I was greeted by every staff member there. Excellent customer service and the venue exceptionally clean. A very nice man named Sergio introduced himself to me and told me a little about the company. I highly recommend this place and the drinks are incredibly good!
